You will take custom AI strategies and turn them into fully integrated, high-performing software ecosystems inside our clients’ infrastructures, transforming how they work from day one.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Deploy & Integrate: Lead the hands-on deployment of tailored AI models, LLMs, and automation workflows into diverse enterprise client tech stacks.
- Bridge the Gap: Partner with client IT and product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures.
- Optimize Performance: Configure API pipelines, optimize data ingestion, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Maintain data privacy, governance, and enterprise-grade security standards across all AI integrations.
- Support & Scale: Provide post-deployment technical support, troubleshooting, and iteration to ensure the AI systems continuously deliver maximum business value.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 3+ years in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or backend development role (preferably in B2B SaaS or consulting).
- AI Literacy: Solid, practical experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, strong familiarity with RESTful APIs, and experience managing data pipelines.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex machine learning concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
